Friar's Lounge

A cathedral ceiling, large fireplace, wood paneling and Malibu tile create a charming ambiance. The Friar's Lounge located off of the St. Francis courtyard provides a unique atmosphere. 2,280 square feet - 38' x 60' with a maximum capacity of 150.

Bonaventure Hall

Light and airy, the Bonaventure Hall features a media center with a 60-inch television and wireless internet access. A small kitchenette and access to the St. Francis courtyard make this a comfortable meeting space. 1,824 square feet - 38' x 48' with a maximum capacity of 130.

Clare's Place

This cozy gathering space features the Duns Scotus Library, comfortable seating, carpeted floor and is wheel-chair accessible.  Clare's Place is tucked away off the fountain courtyard. 1,130 square feet in an "L" shape configuration with a maximum capacity of 35.

Serra Chapel

The beautiful Serra Chapel, dedicated in 1958, offers guests a place for private prayer and group liturgies. Maximum capacity 154.
